July. It's been a busy month so far and we don't want to miss documenting it so take a look at what we've done so far:
- Swimming.
- Fourth of July! They LOVED the fireworks.
- Playing with cousins.

See how these girls have grown here. - Playing games.
- Learning how to do chores. We've covered dishes, beds, laundry and dusting.

Both learning how to dust. - Grocery shopping adventures.

Tiny carts at Lidl. - Baking with Grandma.
- Splash pad fun.
- Reading.

She's going to be so ready for Kindergarten! - Popsicle treats.

Don't you wear protective eye gear when eating popsicles? - Car Trips.
Scott stays busy with work but overall he misses his girls. His office is filling back up with people coming back from vacations and coming to Kuwait so that's a plus. Also the grass he planted back in February is finally growing nicely. The only problem now is how to cut it. He spent one hot, humid Saturday cutting it with scissors!
The Mackenzie Update:
- Mackenzie started soccer this month! Not sure who's more excited, Mommy or Mackenzie.
- She's been practicing swimming without plugging her nose underwater and getting more confident.
The Finley Report:
- More temper tantrums.
- She LOVES Paw Patrol. Obsessed might be a better word.
- Getting more confident with swimming without floaties.
- We've started to potty train. It's going very slowly.

She's very excited about her Paw Patrol underwear.
(Obligatory embarrassing photo.)
A few more weeks of summer remain. Let's see what other fun things we can do!
